

VYPE: What are your goals for this season?
Tinsley: My goals for this season are to enjoy it no matter the outcome and work on skills for future seasons.
VYPE: Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Tinsley: My favorite athlete is Kahli O’Neal, a former volleyball teammate. She is the senior I look up to most because she is constantly checking up on me and very kind hearted. She answered all my questions about our games and is always there when I need help.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Tinsley: My favorite teacher is my 5th grade teacher Miss Barbee because she cared tremendously for her students and always made her class and learning fun.
VYPE: Who do you look up to and why?
Tinsley: I’ve always looked up to my aunt Jentri because she extremely kind and inspired me to play sports.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Tinsley: Kahli O’Neal, a former volleyball teammate, has left the biggest impression on me. She is extremely kind and always made sure I wasn’t getting down on myself. She gave me good advice so I would know how to handle the pressure of the game.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Tinsley: My favorite part about being a team is always having someone there to listen to you when you need it and having fun together.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Tinsley: I would want to go to the mountains by a body of water with my friends so we could hike and go swimming.
VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing basketball?
Tinsley: I first got into basketball when I was in kindergarten. My mom signed me up for a team and that’s where it all began.

Tinsley: I would like to thank my Mom, Dad, Step Dad, Jentri, and all of my grandparents for always supporting me and coming to every game they could since I was little. It really means a lot to me.
