VYPE: What has been your favorite memory of playing?
Autumn: My favorite memory of playing softball was my freshman year and I was playing in the outfield. I ran into the fence and a bunch of wasps started coming out of the top of the fence.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Autumn: Softball is by no means an easy sport, but it is my passion and privilege to stand on the field, it keeps me mentally and physically away from my life outside of sports.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Autumn: My old teammate Megan Fultz has had the biggest impact on me. She and I didn’t always get along but she was always the bigger person in the situation. And that has helped me learn to be the bigger person in any situation now.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Autumn: My dream vacation would probably just be anywhere with a beach, but no matter where it’s at I would bring my best friends Carmen Ellis and Adria Boydston.
VYPE: Here is your chance to give a shoutout or say thank you to anyone you wish.
Autumn: I would like to say thank you to Mattew Shepard, for having to deal with me for four years. Shep has taught me more in life than anyone else has, he’s taught me perseverance and patience which are useful on and of the field.
