VYPE: Baylee, now that you are about to graduate, what do you think you will remember most about your time in high school?
Wiginton: What I will remember most about my time in high school is how much fun I’ve had playing sports and also all the people I met along the way in high school. Moving schools my junior year has led to me gaining many more friends and teammates.
VYPE: What is the first thing you want to do after you graduate?
Wiginton: The first thing I will do after I graduate is head to the Florida Keys with my family for my graduation gift.
VYPE: Do you have an all-time favorite teacher regardless of grade?
Wiginton: My favorite teacher was Mrs. Cottle. When I first moved here, she was so helpful and always made sure I felt welcomed.
VYPE: What is your message to the underclassmen at Catoosa?
Wiginton: My message to underclassmen is to always stay on top of you work, be kind, and enjoy your time in high school, because it goes by so fast.
VYPE: Here is your chance to say hello, goodbye or thank you to anyone you wish.
Wiginton: I would like to say thank you to my parents for shaping me into the athlete and person I am today. They both are so supportive and push me to be my best. They taught me to work hard and never give up. Also, I would like to thank my two younger siblings. My brother is hands down the most supportive person and is always the one cheering for me the loudest. Also, playing my senior year with my little sister has been something I will cherish forever.
